- If you are not 100% satisfied with an item you ordered from Melojak, you may return it within 30 days from date of shipment for an refund/exchange or credit, excluding any delivery charges.
- Only unopened products will be accepted for return, unless defective.
- All items must be returned with all original product packaging. Returns will not be accepted without original packaging or if the packaging is not in its original condition.
- Products received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you without credit approval.
- You have 30 days from the date of shipment (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to inform us at email@example.com so that we can provide you with a valid Return Authorization Number and proper return instructions (return instructions may vary).
- Please DO NOT return any items until you have received a Return Authorization Number and proper return instructions.
- Once you have notified us of your return and you have obtained a Return Authorization Number, place the completed return slip in the box with the items to be returned.
- If any item returned to us without a Return Authorization Number, no credit will be issued and Melojak will not ship back the item to the customer.
- Only One Return Authorization Number is issued per return. When it expires, you may no longer return your product.
- For returns that are not due to Melojak's error, there is a 15% restocking fee (charged at our discretion).
- Because we cannot assume responsibility for returned packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend that you insure your package when sending it to us.
- Your return will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
- You will receive an e-mail notifying you that the return has been credited to your account. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your statement.
- If you have received Bonus Gifts with your purchase, all bonus gifts must accompany your return in order to receive a full refund.
- Please send your return with Postage Paid and Insured.
- We will not accept any items that do not meet these requirements and will return them to you. If you reject that return shipment, Melojak reserves the right to liquidate the order and withhold credit.
- Products that are damaged in shipping are the carrier's responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse the package if it arrives damaged or has been opened.
- We reserve the right to view defective merchandise at random and decline replacement requests or refunds if we find the item to be in good condition.
- We request that you DO NOT refuse delivery of an order. If you refuse delivery and send an order back to us, we reserve the right to make an appropriate decision, depending on the individual situation.

We will not accept items accidentally shipped to you if you have opened them.
- You must contact us within 30 days to receive a Return Authorization Number. We will replace it with the correct product.
- We cannot replace it with a different item.
- A refund can only be issued if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. You, of course, must pay all shipping cost plus a 15% handling/restocking fee.
- Refunds can only be issued to the credit card that the charge originated from.
- Refunds cannot be issued to a credit card after 30 days from the date the charge was made.
- We cannot issue a refund for more than the amount taken from the customer's credit card.
