- You can order on-line with an easy to use shopping cart.
- Select the items you want to order.
- Click on "Buy Now" to add the item to your shopping cart.
- When ordering a product, be sure to select the correct quantity.
- Either click on "Return Shopping" to continue shopping or "Check Out" to purchase your items.

- All prices on your invoice appear in Canadian dollars.
- One invoice number will be assigned to each order you have placed
- If you have a question about your invoice, we will need to know your original order number from when you placed the order.
- The invoice number in the top right corner of your invoice. This is the number we will refer to when we update your order status.
- Example, your first invoice may be No. 023474-000016A. If we send you a second shipment, the invoice number will be No. 023474-000016B, etc.
- If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by sending an email to cancelorder@melojak..com Include your full name and order number in your cancellation request.
- All cancellation requests will be confirmed by a return email from our customer service department.
- If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. Contact Customer Service for assistance. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
- Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee an order cancellation or to modify it. We will do our very best to cancel or or modify your order requests but we cannot cancel or modify orders that have already been charged and shipped.

- To send us your order by e-mail, we will need the name of the product and quantity of how many of the products you want, as well as your shipping information, mailing address, phone number, email address and payment information.
- Please do not include credit card information in your email, since this is not an encrypted file.
- One of our Customer Service Representatives will
contact you for billing information and confirmation.
- You will receive an email update to confirm your order and that we are proceeding with your request.
- Please note that email orders can take up to a couple of days longer to process than orders placed on our website.

- A refund can only be issued if the merchandise is unopened and in its original packaging. You, of course, must pay all shipping cost.
- Refunds can only be issued to the credit card that the charge originated from.
- Refunds cannot be issued to a credit card after 60 days from the date the charge was made.
- We cannot issue a refund for more than the amount actually taken from the customer's credit card.
